As part of Merikit's AC Infusion line: 1. After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad. 2. Sweep gently from the center of the face outward. 3. Avoid the eye area and allow it to absorb before the next step. Tip: For best results, apply the Toner after Merikit AC Infusion Cleansing Gel.
