How do I place an order?+
Choose the products you like, add them to your cart, then complete your order by entering your delivery address. We will contact you by phone to confirm it.
How long does delivery take?+
24-48 hours in Tirana, 2-5 days in the rest of Albania. Full details at Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?+
300 ALL in Albania and €12 in Kosovo. Free over 30,000 ALL in Albania and over €500 in Kosovo.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept card payments, when available, as well as payment on delivery.
Can I return a product?+
Yes, within 14 days if unused and unopened. Read the Return Policy.
Are the products authentic Korean products?+
Yes. We are the official authorized distributor in Albania for the Korean skincare brands Merikit, Bellmona, Ronas, and Or'jade. Every product comes directly from Korea.
How is the invoice issued?+
Every order includes a fiscal invoice issued in accordance with Albanian fiscalization law. You can request a business invoice with NIPT when placing your order.
