Are the Korean products authentic?+
Yes. Every product is imported directly from manufacturers in Korea and sold sealed in its original packaging. At Allùre Shop, you will not find imitations.
How many steps are in a Korean skincare routine?+
A basic routine has five steps: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF. You do not need to use all five from day one. You can start with cleanser, moisturizer and SPF, then add a serum based on your skin's needs.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?+
Most of our products are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic and free from parabens or sulfates, making them gentle even on sensitive skin. Each product page shows the skin types for which it is recommended.
Where do you deliver and how much does shipping cost?+
We deliver throughout Albania (300 ALL) and Kosovo (€12). Shipping is free for orders over 30,000 ALL in Albania and over €500 in Kosovo. Delivery takes 1-5 days.
