Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt, without giving a reason, in accordance with Albanian consumer protection law.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product safety seal must not be broken.
• All accessories, instructions and labels must be included.
• The receipt or order number must be provided.

For safety and hygiene reasons, products such as face masks, creams, serums and cleansers that have been opened or used cannot be returned. This is standard practice for cosmetic products.

1. Contact us at info@allure.al with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. Pack the product carefully and send it to our address.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Refunds are issued within7-14 business days of approval, using the same payment method as the original order. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when we sent the wrong product.

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the product or refund the full price, including shipping.
